You may return most new standard, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a store credit. All Shipping costs will be deducted from the store credit. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Items returned must be in a new, unused and saleable condition.
Your store credit will be issued once the item has been received back to our warehouse and approved per the conditions.
You should expect to receive your store credit within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive it more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days)
We want you to be happy with your purchase; however, we are unable to offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection or you have no use for the item.

Items marked as 'Final Sale' are not eligible for exchange or return (excepted where the items are faulty under consumer law guidelines).
