Returns Policy

We want you to love your purchase from Doormat. If you need to return an item, please review our policy below to ensure a smooth process.

How to Return Your Door Mat

You may return most new, unopened, and unused standard items within 90 days of delivery for a store credit. Please note that all shipping costs will be deducted from the store credit amount. If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item), we will arrange one return shipment at no cost to you.

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be in new, unused, and saleable condition, returned in their original packaging.
  • Returns will be processed and approved once received at our warehouse.
  • Store credit will be issued to your account within 3-5 business days after approval.
  • Expect the entire process, including transit time (5-10 business days), to take up to 4 weeks, though it’s often faster.


Refunds:

In the rare case a refund is approved (e.g., for faulty items under consumer law), it will be processed to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items marked as Final Sale (unless faulty under consumer law).

Shipping

We offer flat-rate shipping of $19.00 (including GST) for all orders, with delivery available Australia-wide to the Mainland and Tasmania.

Shipping Details:

  • Estimated shipping and delivery dates will be provided at checkout based on item availability and your chosen shipping option.
  • Please note that we cannot ship to PO boxes.

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive tracking information to keep you updated on your delivery.
